Automation of roles in the future that have been traditionally off-shored may lead to organisations redefining their workforce which will drive the demand for independent highly skilled resources to be engaged by businesses for specialist work.
The key call out in this article is that 51% of global executives are saying that they plan to increase the utilisation of flexible independent specialist consultants in the next 3-5 years according to Deloitte.
Organisations will need to rethink systems and sourcing practices in how they take advantage of and access this growing independent on demand talent pool in the future.
